Being Introduced to Claire at ’Freaky By Design’ was possibly one of the best things that could have happened to ‘Happy Hearts Cardiac Exercise ‘during Covid lockdown.
Happy Hearts had to rapidly change the way we worked and cater for a whole new market that was totally alien to us.
