BUSINESS TERMS

Wix Website & Brand Design

  • Once the invoice is sent you have committed to the project and payment is required

  • Payment is required in advance, before the Consultation takes place

  • If you are paying in instalments, each payment will be expected every 4 weeks, regardless if the design is finished

  • You are buying my time, not the design, therefore all payments are non refundable because I will put the time aside for your project, therefore turn down other work, so that I can give you the best possible service

  • Turnaround time is estimated 6 weeks, however this will depend on your response time 

  • My fees are a flat rate and will include everything detailed in the email confirmation of the project summary, which will be sent after the Consultation

  • The project will follow my workflow process but if we need to go back a stage at any part of the Process, this may incur extra charges at my hourly rate of £50 per hour

  • I am here if you ever have any questions or concerns, at every stage of the project and welcome open communication and I will do my very best to manage your expectations and include you in the design process

 

LOGO & BRAND PROJECT:

  • The colour palettes come with 1 set of revisions

  • The logo designs allows for 1 set of design revisions

  • This part of the project concludes once the branding has been delivered via email

  • I recommend you download your branding attachments and back up your computer, also save the email, so you never lose your branding

  • I grant full copyrights of my brand designs and reserve the right to use them on my portfolio and social media

WIX WEB DESIGN PROJECT:

  • The website project allows for 2 sets of design revisions

  • You will need to provide / give me access to all written content (on format that can be copied and pasted) and imagery

  • Ecommerce websites will include the set up of the shop and population of up to 10 products

  • You will need to purchase a domain and hosting subscription to Wix 

  • The project concludes 2 weeks after your website is published

  • I request an acknowledgment of my business with a link to my website in your footer, on the final design

  • Your website will be set up for SEO but SEO is ongoing and you will need to invest time and / or money in to continuously make your SEO work for your business

The Project Process

LOGO & BRAND PROJECT:

STAGE ONE

Branding Questionnaire / Consultation to find out about you and your business

Based on your responses, I will create between 3-5 logo designs and colour palettes

STAGE TWO

I will send you the colour palettes and logo concepts within 2 weeks for your feedback

REVISION 1: You will send your thoughts on 1 logo concept and colour palette, in one email 

(happy to also have a chat, if you need it)

STAGE THREE

I will implement any updates from your feedback and send the logo / palette for you feedback

You will send your final thoughts on your chosen logo design and colour palette, in one email -

these will be your business logo and brand colours

 

STAGE FOUR

I will then create your logo variations and Brand Style Guide

I will provide your logos on transparent backgrounds, in variations of your brand colours

They will be in PNG. format and in high resolution

Full copyrights are granted

WIX WEB DESIGN PROJECT:

STAGE ONE

Consultation to discuss the web design (i.e. your design layout and what content is needed)

Written Confirmation will be sent via email, outlining the project (i.e. pages / content needed from you etc)

The website first draft will be sent to you within 2-3 weeks for your feedback

STAGE TWO

You will then send over your website content (i.e. text and imagery)

REVISION 1: You will send your thoughts on the design so far, in one email

(happy to also have a chat, if you need it)

STAGE THREE

I will implement any updates from your feedback

I will then populate the rest of the website with your content and send to you for final feedback

REVISION 2: You will send your final thoughts on the design, in one email

(happy to also have a chat, if you need it)

 

STAGE FOUR

I will implement any final updates from your feedback

I will set your site up for mobile devices

I will send the final design for your confirmation

STAGE FIVE

I will connect your domain and make your site live

I will set your site up for SEO and help you connect to Google

We will have a 40min Zoom tutorial on the basics of how your site works

You then have me for any design questions / support for 2 weeks
